Outline of Research at the Start

この研究の目的は、静脈奇形に対する塞栓硬化療法の安全性や有効性を評価することである。13歳以上の疼痛や腫脹などの症状を有する下肢の静脈病変を治療対象とする。硬化剤としてはポリドカノール、塞栓材としてはスポンゼル細片を使用する。治療から1,3か月後に疼痛の評価、3か月後に大きさの変化を評価する。疼痛評価にはVAS、大きさの評価にはMRIを用いる。3カ月の間に生じた有害事象をCT-CAE5.0を用いて評価する。
