Outline of Research at the Start	循環器疾患は本邦における死因として悪性腫瘍に次ぐ第二位となっており、働き盛りの世代に発症する点において、個人的・社会的負担の大きな疾患である。従来は放射線核種を用いた核医学検査法で治療の可否を判断していたが、その精度は十分とは言えない。本研究では、冠動脈CTと心筋灌流CTを組み合わせた新しい心筋虚血評価法を検討し、より迅速に低侵襲で正確な検査法を開発することを目的としている。
