Outline of Research at the Start	CTガイド下生検は、低侵襲かつ精度の高い深部組織採取が可能であるが、術者の経験により成否が大きく影響される。また患者および術者のX線被ばくの増加も課題である。本研究ではこれらの課題解決にロボットや人工知能による手術・診療支援ツールが利用できる可能性に着目し、「ロボット支援CTガイド法」の開発を行う産学協同事業を立案した。本事業は、①人工知能により術前CT画像を解析し最適な穿刺位置・角度を導くナビゲーションシステム、ならびに②穿刺ガイドを担うロボットを開発し、その有効性を臨床で検証する世界初のランダム化比較治療対照群間比較試験を行う。
