Outline of Research at the Start

遺残胎盤は分娩後異常出血の原因の一つとして知られる。近年では異常出血を伴う遺残胎盤に対する経動脈塞栓術の有用性が報告され、本邦でも普及しつつある。
塞栓術による止血が得られた後の治療方針については一定の見解は得られておらず、経過観察が選択される場合と子宮鏡下切除術が追加される場合がある。
本研究では、塞栓術前の造影CTを定性的・定量的に評価して、遺残胎盤の特徴的造影CT所見を明らかにし、さらに画像的予後因子を探ることで遺残胎盤のTAE後治療方針確立を目指す。
