Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、がん指向性リポソームを用いて新規がんmRNAワクチンを開発し、CAR-T細胞を活性化して薬効を向上させる革新的な複合免疫療法の開発に取り組む。がんに選択的に取り込まれるがん指向性リポソームにCAR-T細胞活性化因子発現mRNAを内包して腫瘍内投与することで、腫瘍微小環境を改変してCAR-T細胞を活性化し、その抗腫瘍効果を増強させる。本研究では、独自に開発した技術を複合し、独創的で革新的ながん治療法を開発することを目的とする。
