Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、グルタル酸尿症2型モデルマウスを用いて病態を解析し、さらにグルタル酸血症2型患者由来iPS細胞を用いた外挿性評価を行い、双方の技術を組み合わせることで新たな治療法の開発基盤を構築することを目的とする。
