日本人の急性間症候群における抗血栓療法について、虚血・出血イベントリスクのバランスのとれた抗血小板薬２剤併用療法について研究を行う。具体的には、熊本県や全国のビッグデータレジストリーを用いて、急性期、亜急性期、慢性期に虚血や出血イベントがどのように発生しているかを検討する。そこから得られた独自のデータを、これまで発表されてきた既存の論文とメタ解析を用いて統合することで、日本人に適した抗血小板療法を研究する。

2024年5月現在、主な解析については他施設研究のデータベースを解析中である。データベースとしては、熊本大学のKICSレジストリーの解析を行っている。また、2024年には日本全国データベースであるJROADでの研究も開始する予定である。なお、データベース解析のほか、メタ解析として急性冠症候群の抗血小板剤の研究として以下を行い論文発表した。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
データベースの解析に時間を要している。JROADについては、データの取り扱いの制限が厳しく、2024年以降にデータ取り扱いが可能となった。ただし、今後、研究期間内に十分に余裕を持って終わらせることが可能と考えられる。

2024年度はデータベースとしては、熊本大学のKICSレジストリーの解析、日本全国データベースであるJROADでの研究を行う予定である。研究結果は国内または国際学会に発表し、論文として国際誌に提出予定である。
