Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者の大動脈弁狭窄症（AS）の大動脈弁石灰化変性、心機能低下、経カテーテル大動脈弁植え込み術（Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation: TAVI）の効果、術後のフレイル発症に活性化マクロファージが関与すると仮説を立て、我々が特許を得ている活性化マクロファージの新規マーカーである葉酸レセプターβ（FRβ）のモノクローナル抗体と新規心エコー指標である左室心筋仕事量（Global Work Index: GWI）を用い研究を行う。
