Outline of Research at the Start	アントラサイクリンはリンパ腫や乳癌における化学療法の中においてkey drugであるが、心毒性のために生じるアントラサイクリン誘発性心筋症は非常に予後不良であり、その発症予測の手段は確立されていない。心毒性の機序として心筋ミトコンドリア機能障害が注目されており、心筋ミトコンドリア機能の評価に99mTc-MIBIの洗い出し率の有用性が報告されている。本研究は、アントラサイクリンを含む化学療法を予定する患者において、化学療法開始前に測定した99mTc-MIBI の洗い出し率が、化学療法開始後のがん治療関連性心筋障害の発症予測に有効か検証する前向きコホート研究である。
