Outline of Research at the Start

近年、抗がん剤による心毒性は、Onco-Cardiologyの分野で問題となっており、治療薬の開発が望まれている。治療薬は、G protein経路は阻害し、arrestin経路を作動するbeta-arrestin-biased orthosteric ligandである。本研究では、新規非ペプチド型AT1受容体選択的作動薬(Biased ligand)や新たなペプチド型作動薬をデザインし開発する。
