Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では気管支喘息と間質性肺炎のモデルマウスを用いて、IgA欠損マウスを用いたin vivoの実験で慢性呼吸器疾患におけるIgAの作用を明らかにする。慢性呼吸器疾患で重要な二つのステージ、すなわち疾患発症と急性増悪に対し、IgAが防御的に作用するか、促進的に作用するかを明らかにする。その上で、その責任細胞、責任経路、責任分子を明らかにする。また慢性呼吸器疾患に対するIgAの作用起点となる責任レセプターを明らかにし、IgAおよび責任レセプターをターゲットとした治療介入の可能性を探求する。
