Outline of Research at the Start

フェロトーシスが、がん細胞における新規の細胞死として報告されてから、非がん細胞、また慢性疾患におけるフェロトーシス関与が次々と報告され大きな注目を浴びている。しかし、オルガネラとのクロストークやヒト疾患における意義はほとんど検証されていない。本研究では、リソソーム障害・尿細管空胞病変が明らかである肥満（肥満関連尿細管症：ORT）をモデルに、これまで解明されていない『リソソーム障害-フェロトーシス軸』を明らかにする。
