Outline of Research at the Start

Many people are allergic against fish meat parvalbumins. We will check reactivities of patient antisera against the various, recombinantly produced, parvalbumins ofマダイ(Pagrus major), マダラ (Gadus macrocephalus), and サケ (Oncorhynchus keta). We hope that this will help to understand fish meat allergies.
