米国のインパクトの高い科学雑誌の交差反応性の総説には、臨床的交差反応における侵襲の少ない診断に役立つ検査の研究が世界的に求められている。と、記載されている。そこで、我々は、EXiLE（IgE Crosslinking-induced Luciferase Expression）法とCNBr-activated Sepharose 4Bによる競合試験を合わせた独自の方法（EXiLE inhibition）により、臨床的交差反応の正確な診断が可能であることを実証する。
