progesterone receptor membrane associated component 1(PGRMC1)は、非がん組織の肝臓や腸管で高発現し生理的役割を担っている蛋白である。本研究では、肝特異的、または腸管特異的PGRMC1欠損マウスを用いて、脂質・糖代謝における肝細胞、腸管上皮細胞のPGRMC1の役割を明らかにする。
