Outline of Research at the Start	これまで副腎不全の診断は血液や尿中のコルチゾールの測定に依存してきたが、その測定値と臨床症状は必ずしも一致せず、ステロイド補充の要否や補充量の適正化を客観的に判断するバイオマーカーがなかった。これまで続発性副腎不全のモデルにおける血清エクソソーム内miRNA、血液中mRNA、血清中メタボライトの網羅的解析により複数の候補分子を同定した。今回それら候補分子と副腎不全の患者の臨床症状や検査所見との相関性を検証する。同時にマウスモデルを用いてそれらの分子の生理的意義を検討し副腎不全の病態生理を明らかにするとともに、生体におけるGC作用を反映するバイオマーカーを同定することを目的とするものである。
