Outline of Research at the Start

In this project, we will improve the repopulation capacity of hepatoblast in TK-NOG mice, investigate how to engraft hepatoblast in the liver with our advanced mice models with urea cycle disorders, evaluate the therapeutic effects of hepatoblast transplantation on urea cycle disorders, and apply this transplantation therapy to the treatment of other genetic liver disorders.
