| Outline of Research at the Start |
胃癌に対する胃切除術後患者80例（幽門側胃切除術40例(BillrothⅠ法20例、Roux en Y法20例)、噴門側胃切除術20例(Double tract法)、胃全摘術20例(Roux en Y法20例)を対象とする。
各術式ごとに、プロバイオティクス投与群と非投与群に1:1の割合にて分け、投与群には、術前2週間・術後3ヶ月(術後3日目より再開)プロバイオティクスとしてビフィズス菌末BB536を内服投与する。
主要評価項目は、体重・骨格筋量。副次評価項目は、腸内細菌叢、糞便中短鎖脂肪酸、術後合併症割合、腹部症状である。
