| Outline of Research at the Start |
腹部大動脈の臨床サンプルを用いて炎症細胞を中心とした細胞解析をシングルセルRNAシークエンス解析と核シークエンス解析により行う。さらに細胞間コミュニケーションを解析し、T細胞とマクロファージ、非炎症細胞の間に介在するシグナル伝達経路を探索する。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
大動脈瘤サンプルを4症例集めた。動脈硬化の強いサンプルとあまり動脈硬化を認めないサンプルと存在する。手術時にできるだけ大きめにサンプルを回収し、組織学的な特徴を解析した。どのサンプルも一貫して、外膜側のB細胞の集積を認めており、B細胞の集積に着目して、予定通り、シングルセル解析、またシングルセルレパトア解析のライブラリーを作成した。そのライブラリーを次世代シークエンスに回しているところであり、今後解析していく予定となっている。
