Outline of Research at the Start

求心路遮断性疼痛（幻肢痛）に対して、主に上肢患者を対象に鏡や仮想現実（virtual reality; VR）を用いた神経リハビリテーション治療の開発に取り組み、患肢を随意に運動しているような自己運動感の出現が鎮痛効果を誘導することを明らかにしてきた。本研究では、下肢患者用のVR治療開発を行い、下肢の自己運動感と姿勢調節制御に影響を与える経頭蓋前庭神経電気刺激を併用することにより下肢VR治療効果の強化できるかを検証する。
