Outline of Research at the Start

慢性疼痛に関する治療介入として、従来の身体的治療のみならず、心理社会的側面からのアプローチが近年注目されている。その中で認知行動療法の有効性が実証されているが、効果が薄い症例がある。心理学的アプローチとして認知行動療法やマインドフルネス、ACT(アクセプタンス＆コミットメント・セラピー)が推奨されるも、実施可能な医療施設はまだ少ない。本研究では、既に認知行動療法を実施し、効果の低い治療抵抗性の慢性疼痛患者に対し、マインドフルネスさらにはACTを実施し治療効果を検討する。
