Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、交感神経と好中球が協働することでいかにくも膜下出血(SAH)後の脳損傷を来すのかを解明する。具体的には以下の４つの項目について研究に取り組む。

【1】交感神経によるSAH後の脳内炎症と細胞死制御機構の解明、【2】SAH後の交感神経刺激と好中球遊走による協働的な病態機構の解明、【3】SAH後の交感神経による好中球動員機構の解明、【4】SAH患者における交感神経の病態関与についての臨床的評価
