Outline of Research at the Start	申請者らは、最近、ゲノム編集表現型にもとづくin silicoスクリーニングにより、グリオーマ増殖に重要な代謝関連分子として鉄硫黄クラスター（FeS）生合成に関わる因子群を新たに同定した。FeSは種々の細胞機能への関与が知られるが、その全貌は掴めておらず、がん生物学における意義も分かっていない。本研究では、腫瘍細胞増殖を抑制するメカニズムを明らかにしつつ、正常細胞への影響も検証する。
