Outline of Research at the Start

プロテオーム解析を用いて、ゲノムから翻訳され実際に腫瘍細胞内で働いているタンパク質を同定することで、肺転移の分子機序をプロテオームレベルで解明し、肺転移を抑制する新規治療法の開発を目指している。特に、予後不良な多数の肺転移に進展する分子機序にも焦点を当てた解析も行い、新たな骨肉腫の予後改善につながる研究基盤を展開したい。
