Outline of Research at the Start

近年、癌組織に特異的に現れるNeoantigenという癌抗原が注目され、新たな完全個別化癌免疫療法の標的となっている。複数の患者で共通している遺伝子変異から生じたNeoantigenであるPublic Neoantigenはより多くの患者が恩恵を享受できると考えた。公共データベースを用いた泌尿器癌におけるPublic Neoantigenを同定し、遺伝子改変Public Neoantigen特異的T細胞を作製し、細胞傷害性を検討することで、将来的に一定数の患者に対して常時準備可能な遺伝子改変Public Neoantigen特異的T細胞療法の開発を目指す。
