Outline of Research at the Start

内耳性難聴に対して人工内耳による聴覚獲得が確立されているが、一方で有毛細胞やシナプスの再生医療による聴力回復や、神経節細胞の回復による人工内耳の効果向上を目指した基礎的研究が報告されている。我々は効率的で低侵襲な内耳のソフトサージェリーを目的に水中内視鏡下耳科手術を開発し、内耳ドラッグデリバリーを補助する装置を発明してきた。本研究では実際の投与の際に使用する局所灌流が可能な極細灌流針を使用した実験を行い、内耳ドラッグデリバリーのプラットホームとしての確立できるようにデータを取得し解析していく。
