Outline of Research at the Start	超小型赤外線サーモカメラを活用し、冷却負荷法熱画像の口腔内外からの撮影評価を試みる。基礎測定データの分析から、基本的な口腔機能の恒常的維持や向上、オーラルフレイルに対する予知性の高い新たな目標用指標を開発する。自身による唾液腺マッサージの効果は認識しにくいものだったが、本研究で提案するシステムや指標を活用することで、プレフレイル状態の高齢者の行動変容が促進されると予測する。唾液分泌を促す刺激の特徴は、それらが一体となって咀嚼感や味覚発現といった包括的な食感覚モダリティを構成している点である。その改善のため、新たに唾液腺マッサージ用クリームを併用し、慰安感覚の向上についても評価する。
