Outline of Research at the Start |
2023: Conduct a large-scale, global survey across a variety of countries, cultures, healthcare settings, etc. with our telemedicine patient satisfaction survey instrument. 2024: Analyze the data and present preliminary findings at an international conference. 2025: Prepare and publish findings.
|
Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to develop and use a multi-dimensional telemedicine patient satisfaction assessment tool to collect telemedicine patient satisfaction data in a variety of settings. As described in the objectives for fiscal year 2023, a large-scale, global survey was conducted across a variety of countries, cultures, and healthcare settings with our telemedicine patient satisfaction survey instrument. More specifically, telemedicine satisfaction survey responses were collected from patients living in nine countries: Japan, Canada, India, Australia, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. In total, a little more than 2000 responses were collected, with over 200 responses per country listed.
