Outline of Research at the Start

近年、うつ病と健康的な食事パターンの関連を示す報告が増加傾向にあり、食事介入によるメンタルヘルスの向上が期待される。本研究は若年成人を対象として、食事介入がメンタルヘルスに及ぼす影響をランダム化比較試験で検証する。食事介入は、皮膚カロテノイド測定、尿中ナトリウムカリウム比（Na/K比）測定とSNSによる情報提供を組み合わせたものとする（ICT活用型食事プログラム）。
