Outline of Research at the Start

昨今，子どもをとりまくデジタルメディアの普及は著しく，過度な使用に陥ってしまうインターネット依存に関する問題が増加している。申請者はネット依存に注目し研究を行っていた。これまでに，青少年がネット依存に陥る要因として一部のSNSが関連していることや，抑うつ気分などの精神症状，そして発達障害特性が関与することを見出した。さらに，学校現場は依存対策教育としての予防介入を希望していることも調査により判明した。本研究では，学校現場にてネット依存への依存対策教育を行うことが予防効果となり，抑うつ気分などの精神症状も改善し，その効果は持続するという仮説の検証を行う。
