Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、介護老人保健施設(以降、老健)での急変時対応に感染対策を融合した出前型急変時対応シミュレーショントレーニングプログラムを開発し、その有用性を検討することを目的とする。
①令和3年度に調査した老健職員の急変時対応の実態とシミュレーショントレーニングのニーズに関する調査結果を踏まえ、シミュレーションプログラムを開発し、テストコースを実施する。②テストコースの実施結果をもとに、シミュレーショントレーニングプログラム改訂版を作成し、実施する。③研修後の職員の急変時対応の実態に関する縦断調査を実施し、シミュレーショントレーニングプログラムの有用性を検討する。
