Outline of Research at the Start

抗がん剤治療後の皮膚の内部構造の状態からケア方法を選択することは、副作用である皮膚障害の重症化予防と継続したがん治療を実施するうえで重要である。また、抗がん剤の使用により、患者の粘膜や皮膚の生理機能が脆弱化すると掻痒感や疼痛などの身体的苦痛に加え、外見の変化から心理的苦痛を導き日常生活に大きな影響を及ぼす。しかし現在、皮膚を日常的にケアする全ての看護師が皮膚の状況をアセスメントし、ケア介入に直結できる意思決定ツールがない。よって、看護師と患者が使用可能なスタンダード化されたスキンケア方法を提供することは有益な情報の１つとなる。
