Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症は、寛解と再発を繰り返す精神疾患で病識をもちづらい。病識とは、自らの病気を適切に認識することで、病とうまく付き合って生活するためには必要である。一方で、病識が高まることにより、QOLは低下し、自殺のリスクが高まるという現実がある。当事者にとっての『程よい病識』を検討する必要がある。
本研究では、当事者にとっての『程よい病識』と、客観的指標に基づく『程よい病識』、Mishelの「病の不確かさ理論」を活用した『程よい病識につながる看護支援の指針』を開発する。
当事者が病とうまく付き合いつつ、メンタルヘルスを保つことができるような『程よい病識に向けた看護支援』を見出すことが期待できる。
