Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、「脳死下臓器提供における看護師の役割ガイドライン」を活用した脳死下臓器提供における家族ケア実践モデルと教育モデルの開発である。我々はこれまでに、「脳死下臓器提供における看護師の役割ガイドライン」（以下：役割ガイド）を作成し臓器移植に特徴的な家族ケアの役割を具体化してきた。しかし、役割ガイドに沿った家族ケアを充実させるにはまだ課題が残っている。そのため、看護師の判断やケアの工夫を明らかにし、脳死下臓器提供における家族ケア実践モデルを開発する。また、繰り返し経験することが難しい移植医療における家族ケアに対応できるよう、脳死下臓器提供における家族ケア教育モデルを開発することとした。
