Outline of Research at the Start

下肢の動脈硬化は進行性であり、包括的高度慢性下肢虚血（chronic limb threatening ischemia: CLTI）という状況に陥るとされている。本研究は先行研究での下肢血行動態維持の可能性が示唆された「振動ケア」を、より実践的に効果的に活用できるよう、ケアプログラムを策定する。
CLTIハイリスク患者である糖尿病患者、維持透析患者を対象とし、策定した振動ケアプログラムの効果を、①下肢機能評価を客観的指標により、②効果を実感するかを主観的指標により、定期的に、長期的に確認し、プログラムを決定する。
