Outline of Research at the Start

主に海外で開発実施されている第三者介入ワークショップは、日本では、2007年より民間団体等により、実施されている。性暴力が起こる場面に居合わせた第三者が介入して中断させたり、性的暴力を支持する社会的規範に反対する発言ができるよう訓練するが、内容の精査及び効果に関する評価は十分にされていないために汎用性に乏しい。そこで、第三者介入ワークショップ研修プログラムを開発し効果を評価する。これにより、ワークショップの普及および継続的な実施が期待できると考える。
