妊産婦の周産期メンタルヘルス支援は重要な課題である。助産師は周産期メンタルヘルス支援に中心的な役割を果たしており、学生からのエビデンスに基づく教育が必要である。本研究では支援能力のひとつである、共感的コミュニケーション能力獲得に向けた初学者向けの教育プログラムの開発を行う。

妊産婦の周産期メンタルヘルス支援は重要な課題である。助産師は周産期メンタルヘルス支援における中心的な役割を果たしており、学生からのエビデンスに基づく教育が必要である。本研究では支援能力のひとつである、共感的コミュニケーション能力獲得に向けた初学者向けの教育プログラムの開発を行う。本年度は、プログラム開発に向けて、文献検討をもとにプログラムの内容の検討をおこなった。

令和6年度はプログラム開発を完了するとともに、今後のプログラム評価のための評価ツールの作成、および介入研究実施に向けた準備をすすめていく計画である。
