Outline of Research at the Start

看多機は、医療処置も含めた多様なサービス（訪問看護・介護、通所・宿泊）を提供することが役割とされている。そのサービスの中で重要な要素である食事支援は、その人らしく生きるための最も大切なケアの1つであるが、食事介助等の介護負担や誤嚥性肺炎・嚥下障害等の課題がある。さらに医療職等の人材不足や感染症等の問題により遠隔看護の必要性も高まっている。本研究チームが既に開発した遠隔看護システムを基盤とし、看多機における食事支援の課題を明らかにし、長期的・継続的に要介護高齢者の在宅介護を支えることができる、「看多機における利用者の食事支援に関する遠隔看護支援システムの開発」を目的とする。
