Outline of Research at the Start

認知症のADL障害や興奮や徘徊などのBPSDは, 介護者による日々の認知症の人に対する「接し方やケア内容」によっても影響を受ける。「接し方やケア内容」は介護者自身の主観や経験値によって左右されるため, 熟練された介護者によるADLの維持, BPSDを軽減しうる効果的なケア方法は暗黙知とされ, 未だ根拠に基づく認知症ケアが臨床現場で実践できているとは言えない。本研究では, 介護者の暗黙知とされてきた「ADLの維持, BPSDを軽減しうる接し方やケア内容」をビッグデータ化し, 科学的根拠に基づく適切なケア方法を場面ごと, かつ即時的に導き出すアプリケーションシステムを開発し、その効果を検証する。
