本研究は、軽度認知症の人の自己を支える看護ケアとは何か、看護師が実践している軽度認知症の人の自己を支える看護ケアとは何か、軽度認知症の人の自己を支え、看護師のケア困難感を軽減するケアとは何か、の3点を明らかにするための量的研究である。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2024年度は、日常業務で軽度認知症の人に対する看護援助の経験を10年以上有する看護師6名にインタビューを実施した。
研究協力者の平均経験年数は30.4年（±12.2年）であり、軽度認知症の人がとらえる自己に働きかける看護援助について、共同研究者とデータ分析を行っている途中である。

Reason
2025年3月までの目標は、軽度認知症の人の自己に働きかける看護援助を生成した後、当事者、家族、また看護専門職者、多職種にヒアリングを実施する予定であった。現在は、看護援助の生成を目指して、共同研究者と分析を行っている途中である。遅れている理由は、データ分析に時間を要しているためである。

当初の計画内容に従って、データ分析を終え、看護援助を生成した後、当事者、家族、また看護専門職者、多職種を対象に生成された看護援助について、ヒアリングを実施する。研究協力者への依頼やヒアリング等、時間を要するようであれば、対象者や実施方法を再検討する。
