Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、地域在宅高齢者を対象に、特に、足・喉・口腔の状態に焦点をあてた全身の健康管理によるフレイル予防対策を講じるために、横断研究、介入研究を実施する。まず、現在の足の状態・嚥下機能・口腔状態との関連誘因を探るための自記式質問票を作成する。次に、地域在宅高齢者を対象に、公民館などの場所を利用して自記式質問票調査と、足の状態、嚥下機能・口腔状態、歩行速度、握力、足趾把持力などの客観的測定を行い、足・嚥下・口腔状態を中心とした身体状況を把握する。その後、一部の参加者を対象に、運動プログラムとセルフケア教育を展開し、フレイル予防の効果を検証する。
