Outline of Research at the Start

心疾患患者における治療と就労の両立支援は、過不足のない科学的妥当性のある判断や支援プロセスが必要である。しかしながら、治療と就労の両立支援という考え方が比較的新しい概念であり、エビデンスに基づいた標準的両立支援プロセスがない。本研究の目的は電子患者報告アウトカムシステム(ePRO）を用いて現状の両立支援のプロセスを解析し、科学的妥当性・汎用性・利便性・有用性の高い標準的支援システムを開発することである。本研究により心疾患を抱えた就労者において、科学的なエビデンスに基づいた適切な両立支援が可能となり、結果として本邦労働者の安全かつ長期的な就労継続と、労働力確保に資することができる。
