Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、地域コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメントの実践ガイドラインを作成することである。アクションリサーチの手法を用い、コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメントの展開過程を詳細に調査・分析し、主に一定地区を対象に健康づくりを目的とした地区活動を展開する区市町村の保健師の活用を意図して地域コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメント実践ガイドラインの作成に取り組む。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、地域コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメントの実践ガイドラインを作成することである。筆者は、これまで、地区活動の質を高めるために必要な地区マネジメントの解明に努めてきた。この成果の社会実装を目指し、本研究では、アクションリサーチの手法を用い、コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメントの展開過程を詳細に調査・分析し、地域コミュニティの健康づくりを発展させる地区マネジメント実践ガイドラインの作成に取り組む。
2023年度は、候補地の選定及び実施準備として、これまで研究にご協力いただいた自治体を中心にヒアリングを行い、地区マネジメントの実情や今後の実施の可能性について情報収集を行った。これをもとに、アクションリサーチの計画修正および具体的手順の明確化を行った。
