Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地域で暮らす統合失調症をもつ当事者に対して訪問看護師が行うレジリエンス支援の有用性評価をすることを目的とする。概念分析により構築した精神障害者のレジリエンスの概念モデル（大平ら，2020）を基に本支援の内容と方法およびツールを作成する。本支援は訪問看護ステーションを利用している統合失調症をもつ当事者を対象とする。承諾の得られた施設については、介入群と対照群に割り付ける。介入群には精神科訪問看護で提供される通常の支援に加えて本支援を実施し、対照群には精神科訪問看護で提供される通常の支援のみ実施する。介入実施1週間前と実施開始から2か月後、3か月後の3時点で評価する。
