Outline of Research at the Start

パーキンソン病に対する薬物療法やリハビリテーションを含む全ての治療において、モチベーション（プラセボ効果）を促進・維持することは極めて重要であるが、現在の医療において、これに対する配慮は極めて乏しい。さらにモチベーションに対する効果を評価する試みはほとんどなされていない。我々は同病患者に対し、独自のリハビリテーションを考案し、本研究でその効果を、ドパミンニューロンに対する活動性ならびにモチベーションの観点から検討する。
