Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、スポーツ活動中に好発するハムストリング肉離れの再発予防のために開発された傾斜台を用いて行う「インクライン・ノルディックハムストリングエクササイズ（NHE）」の予防効果に関する学術的基盤の構築を目的とする。そのため、ハムストリング、特に大腿二頭筋の肉離れ既往者を対象にして、本プログラム実施中の①両側・片脚実施時の筋活動の健側差、②エクササイズ介入後のスプリント中の筋の振る舞いと動作変化、③肉離れの再発予防効果の3つの課題を検討する。
