Outline of Research at the Start

本邦における非アルコール性脂肪肝疾患（NAFLD）の有所見率は30%に達する。NAFLDは、肝硬変や肝細胞癌の基盤疾患であるだけでなく、肝臓の糖調整機能の低下により、合併症として糖尿病を引き起こすことが知られている。本研究では、健診機関と連携し、糖尿病リスクの強い曝露下にあるNAFLD有所見者のみを対象とした長期追跡コホートを作成し、糖尿病の合併予防に最適な身体活動様式（強度、時間、継続実施の是非など）を探求する。身体活動は、加速度計で客観評価し、曲線回帰分析による量反応関係と、組成データ解析による座位行動との共依存関係を考慮した検討を行う。
