Outline of Research at the Start	スポーツにおいて、球技や対人競技では視覚入力に、陸上や水泳のスタートでは聴覚入力による反応時間の短さ、反応動作の素早さがパフォーマンスを決定する上で重要となる。一般に感覚運動系の特徴として、視覚や聴覚刺激による反応は、触覚刺激に比べ時間が遅延すること、中枢神経系において複数の感覚が統合されると反応時間が短縮されること（促通効果）が知られている。しかし、これまでの研究において、感覚刺激による促通効果が全身反応機能に及ぼす影響を実証した例はない。そこで本研究は、複数の感覚刺激を組み合わせるマルチモーダル刺激が全身反応時間の短縮に及ぼす効果を検証する。
