Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，がん化学療法や造血幹細胞移植時に合併する腸管の粘膜傷害に対して，採血検査（ジアミンオキシダーゼ活性測定）により，簡便に腸管機能をモニタリングするシステムを構築するための基礎研究を行う。最終的には本システムを用いて，実臨床においていち早く腸管機能の低下を察知し，治療介入を早期に可能とすることを目的とする。
