Outline of Research at the Start

好中球細胞外トラップ(NETs)は動脈硬化病巣や血栓に見出され、血管内皮を傷害し機能不全をもたらす。しかしリポタンパク質共存下での影響についてはこれまで検討された例が少なく不明な点が多い。本研究では、NETsとリポタンパク質に暴露された血管内皮細胞で引き起こされる傷害とその応答メカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とする。血管内皮傷害と恒常性破綻における好中球とリポタンパク質の寄与を明らかにし、血管疾患予防に向けた血中脂質コントロールの新たな意義の解明を目指す。
